Children are notoriously bad in drinking sufficient liquids. They are so active playing that they sometimes ‘forget’ to drink. Often, children look like camels – in a position to choose ages with out a drink. Obviously, once they are thirsty they’ll rush indoors for a drink. But often they search for sugary, caffeine-laden drinks which are ideal for quenching hunger, but perform little for the body’s liquid levels.
