I am not sure that you would believe me even if I told you. I will tell you and then explain why it is the case. The latest craze is pole dancing lessons. Surprised? Thought so, but I will explain why.
That may come as a little bit of a shock to you but it isn’t like you think. These days, pole dancing lessons are a recognised way of getting fit quickly. If you got to classes you will see they are attended by both men and women. You can even get women only classes.
Where do you go if you want to do pole dancing lessons? Well if you live in a city then you are likely to find a purpose built facility. The room will usually be set out in rows of poles and one at the front and in the middle for the instructor to use. They are very careful about hygiene too so you can expect it to be very clean.
I know that not everyone enjoys going out and doing new things. If you would prefer you can get a DVD which has classes on. You can do a workout in your house if that is something that you prefer.
So what are the reasons behind pole dancing lessons becoming popular? In my opinion there are 2 reasons for it. It really is a great workout for the body and I will talk more on that later and secondly, there is the fun aspect.
