Making Spring Cleaning An Easy Task

They will employ different tools and cleaning solutions in completing the tasks. One major element in assuring the job is done in the shortest amount of time, is to have the right equipment and solutions for the particular job to be done.
To speed the process, rather than just start any one task, it would be good to make a list of the things one wants to accomplish to ensure nothing gets left undone. The list might include tackling the bedrooms first, or the back of the house first, and then make ones way to the living room and/or family room, and end with the kitchen and baths.
Often times we could have a teenage helper who would benefit from having a checklist they could use. That way, if any verbal instructions have been overlooked, they can refer to the checklist to make sure they haven’t missed the windows, window sills, baseboards, cobwebs, washing walls, vacuuming carpet, dusting drapery and turning mattresses.
If you have bare floors and carpeted ones, it is wise to have one vacuum that can handle both, like a Dyson all floors model. This model vacuum has the capability to adequately clean each type floor very well. With any on board tools, it is also possible to clean crevices and baseboards and dust drapery and furniture without having to employ other equipment.
As part of the cleaning project, it would be a good time to incorporate the changing of smoke detector or alarms nickel free batteries with new ones. By doing this at the same time every year, you will have peace of mind that your safety measures will be available if ever needed.
It is always good to be dressed appropriately for the cleaning project. Rather than get up and clean in your robe and slippers, it would be better to get dressed in clothing you don’t mind getting dirty and wearing good protection on your feet. If you happen to drop an object or something falls on your foot, you would be grateful for having the protection of a brown boot or other solid shoe that has saved you from feeling great pain.
If you have the right equipment to use, spring cleaning will not take a long time. Managing your time and individual projects from the start will ensure a complete cleaning of all areas of the home, including washing windows and walls.
