After talking with him I decided to take a break from trading and appear back having a new perspective. When I again began to buy and sell I only allowed myself to commit 2 hrs per morning on trading. I was a lot more relaxed and I traded less frequently. This turned out to become great, my win percentage went up mainly because I was more selective in my trades and I was not stressed out about every thing.
